The 2023, and silver in the 2025 Guía de Viños de Galicia. A deep pink Mencía with real tannin and enough freshness for a bowl of stew, roast chicken, grilled fish, even a steak. Pomegranate and cherry on the nose, and a touch of mineral at the end. Of everything we make, the rosé is our cellar master's favourite.

SERVING AND STORAGE
Store the bottles on their side, somewhere dark and cool. Once open, put the cork back and finish it within three days.

Orders leave the bodega within two working days. If a bottle arrives damaged or corked, tell us and we will replace it.
FROM THE BODEGA
We make wine in Ribeira Sacra, where slate, granite and slopes above the Sil give Mencía its edge. The grapes are picked by hand and brought down in small crates. Nothing chemical touches the vines; plants, flowers and the living rows are part of the work.
FROM THE SLOPES
The slopes make you slow down.
The terraces rise above the Sil. Each grape comes down by hand, and the slate under the vines gives the wine its mineral edge.
