IN THE GLASS

Raspberry follows the cherry, with a hint of cedar and wet stone. The tannins hold gently; the finish keeps its freshness. Nothing heavy, nothing lost.

Named Best Young Wine at the Feira do Viño de Amandi, this vintage shows Mencía at its most lively. Choose the 2023 for bright fruit and a finish that leaves you curious about the next sip. The award catches the eye. The wine holds your attention.

Try it with grilled vegetables or roast chicken, or simply let the first glass introduce itself.

SERVING AND STORAGE

FROM THE TERRACES

We make wine in Ribeira Sacra, where slate, granite and slopes above the Sil give Mencía its edge. The grapes are picked by hand and brought down in small crates. Nothing chemical touches the vines; plants, flowers and the living rows are part of the work.

FROM THE SLOPES

The slopes make you slow down.

The terraces rise above the Sil. Each grape comes down by hand, and the slate under the vines gives the wine its mineral edge.
