We want to ensure that your experience with our wine is as exceptional as the wine We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. If there has been any damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A $50 return fee will be applied to all canceled orders and to all shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive the package on 3 delivery attempts/

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
