Why a wine with no added sulfites?

There are different opinions about whether wine is healthy, and as someone passionate about good wine and nature, I have come to the conclusion that wine is healthy when it is free of pesticides, systemic products, and herbicides — and when the winery avoids chemical additives that, even if recommended or permitted in modern winemaking, should not belong in a glass of wine. That is why we present the star wine of our 2024 vintage:
