Shipping policy

Our wines leave Ribeira Sacra for the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address there to see the available service and final shipping charge before paying.

Shipping within Spain

Standard delivery costs €15 on orders under €100, €10 on orders from €100 to €249.99, and €5 on orders of €250 or more. Delivery is free when you order 6 bottles or more.

Shipping to the European Union

For EU destinations outside Spain, standard delivery costs €25 on orders under €100, €20 on orders from €100 to €249.99, and €15 on orders of €250 or more. Delivery is free when you order 12 bottles or more.

United Kingdom and Switzerland

Standard delivery costs €25 to the United Kingdom and €30 to Switzerland. Delivery is free when you order 12 bottles or more.

United States

We can deliver to eligible US addresses. Rates and availability depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout. Delivery is free when you order 6 bottles or more.

Before and after ordering

Shipping availability can vary by destination, particularly for wine. The checkout is the source of the available options for your address. We cannot ship to destinations not offered there.

If you need to correct a delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@bodegasoutelo.com or +34 646 078 172. We will try to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once the parcel is on its way.

Wine is delivered only where permitted. An adult may need to sign for the delivery and provide proof of age in the destination country.

If a bottle arrives damaged or there is a problem with the wine, please contact us promptly. See our returns and refunds policy for the procedure.
